The format of the *80* Blue Book record is explained in Vol 1, Chapter 2 of the publication "Input Formats and Specifications of the NGS Data Base."

The section on 'Survey Point Data Records' starts on page 29 of Chapter 2. The list of *80* records must have a unique SSN for each station if used as an input file to HTDP.
