For authors submitting algorithms we ask that the following guidelines be followed:
1. Please submit a driver program and a sample data set to illustrate how your source code works.
2. You may use any computer language you want, although we encourage you to keep in mind those languages that are most commonly used by GPS Engineers and Scientists ( like C, C++, Fortran, Java, Matlab, etc.).
3. Please test your code extensively, on two different computer platforms if possible, so you are sure it works correctly.
