The disk is set in an island at the intersection of southbound WV Route #10 and the entrance road to Logan Regional Medical Center. The Mark is 12.6ft NW of the concrete base of the traffic signal pole in the island,29.1, SW of the northern flag pole, and 32.9ft SW of the hospital sign.UPDATE October 2019: US Army Corps reports this mark has been destroyed by construction |
