This readme explains the current.*.txt files here

Each current.*.txt file consists of list of stations
in the specified state/locale as follows.  

If hourly, the last column will indicate total hours
available.  Outages are indicated by "-----" or a 
quantity of hours less than expected for current hour.

current.GC.txt = "FL AL MS LA TX"

current.car.txt:  PR VQ DR JM CJ BF HA AC GP MR VC

current.WC.txt = "CA OR WA"

current.pac.txt:  HI AS JQ MQ WQ KR TQ GU FJ TG NZ

current.AK.txt = "AK"

NOTE:  if a station only provides DAILY type data, the
last column will also have "-----"


NE:  continental US North East region
SE:  continental US South East region
GC:  continental US Gulf Coast region
car: Caribbean region
pac: Pacific region
AK:  Alaska region
