MTEN4  Vesion 21
                       (January 03, 2000)

The following MTEN4 programs are OBSOLETE ... and they should not be used:

      GETAST.EXE, ASTCTR.EXE, and WRKAST.EXE.




MTEN4 Version 21 is compuationaly the same as MTEN4 Version 20.  However,
one Enhancement program and six MTEN programs were replaced in Version 21.

The Enchancement program, WRK007.EXE, remains unchanged but a new entry
point for a 3-D inverse was added to the program.

The MTEN programs, LSTABS.EXE, LSTSUM.EXE, WRKEDM.EXE and WRKGPN.EXE, were 
modified to correct small screen display errors.  The two MTEN programs,
STRSPN.EXE and LSTGPN.EXE, were modified to enter & display geoid height 
information differently.
