WinDesc Tutorial

WinDesc enables the creation, editing, and formatting of geodetic control description information. This information is required for survey projects to be incorporated into the National Geodetic Survey's Integrated Database (NGS IDB). The information submitted through WinDesc allows authoritative control data to be published on official survey mark datasheets.
