Start a Description File (SDF)

Start a Description File (SDF) is a tool that helps you begin the process of creating a description file. To start using this tool enter a list of PIDs that you would like to include in your file. If you have previously worked on a file you can upload the exported JSON file from your previous session. It is also possible that the browser will have remembered your file from a previous session.

Once you are done using this tool, use the "Export to file" button to save your work as a .json file. After exporting the file, open WinDesc and use the "File > Import > From a SDF .json file" function to load your data into WinDesc.
