NOAA Presents Research Design for Collaborative Global Climate Change Project

On March 3, representatives from NOAA's National Geodetic Survey and Center for Operational Oceanographic Products and Services met with the U.S. Geological Survey to discuss research design for a collaborative U.S. Department of the Interior-funded global climate change project. The NOAA participants have been invited to join in this project as co-principal investigators to assure appropriate tidal and geodetic control in a broad latitudinal study assessing wetland responses to global climate change (including temperature, carbon dioxide levels, and sea-level rise).
